Impeccable! I had dinner choosing a vegetarian tasting. Fabulous plating, for dishes rich in flavor and colour. A joy for the eyes and the palate... Excellent wine list. Excellent service, like the environments. Haute cuisine gentlemen, haute cuisine! Fantasy and tradition at the same table. Definitely coming back! Thanks for the experience and congratulations to the chef!

5 stars for the impeccable service!! I never had to pour myself water because the very attentive waiter always did it for me. 👍 Elegant and intimate location with few tables, this certainly allows for greater attention towards the customer. The "surprises" that they promptly prepare such as small opening appetizers and closing sweets are also very pleasant. Very good dishes but it's a shame about the Ketchup (prepared by the chef and of different origin every time) which is put everywhere and I don't like the flavour.

Restaurant in the heart of Brescia, recommended for both a business lunch and a special dinner. Super-stocked and well-presented wine cellar. The location is really high quality, the result of a restoration, I recommend the underground room with exposed brick vaults. The cuisine and the menu take you on a journey to be savoured. Excellent room service and perfect wine pairings. The chef very professional and welcoming. Another gem is the preparation and quality of the coffee and the sake paired with the desserts.

Everything here is exceptional... there's little to do. Added as one of my quintessential favorite restaurants in the city of Brescia. In the heart ❤️ of the city there is this restaurant with an elegantly evocative appearance. An intimate but classy place. One of the few places that can compete on a culinary level, not to mention professionally speaking as regards the entire entourage,... with the infamous Malvezzi Castle. Two locations that are very distant structurally. However, the almost maniacal attention and by this I mean quality, professionalism, attention, dedication,... all without ever exceeding either the discretion/apprehension side or the too-too-formal side. And this is combined in one sentence. "Professionalism" and what about the poached egg? Mmmmmmm! Guys it's awesome!!!! Woh! Really, really, really, really, really,... exceptional! Sorry, I digress,... So,... suitable for new and even broken copies 😅😅 they say that love enters first through the throat...🤤 so if you're in a bad situation and want to earn some points, this seems like a excellent gem.😉🤭 jokes aside,... it is also suitable for families, and also for company dinners, as long as the numbers are not exceeded, given that it is not a school canteen restaurant. Sorry for the frankness... to 🍞 bread, to 🍷 wine. However, I believe as a customer,... in my humble thought, that this is one of the few places that deserve the Michelín star(s). As it brings together all the features to live up to it. My most sincere compliments to all the staff. In particular to the sheff who, despite his young age, always makes the palates of his guests dream, I'm sorry 🤤❤️
